Fulfilling the human need for a sense of #belonging is crucial for a healthy life. Employees who experience exclusion or undervaluation are prone to heightened stress, #burnout, reduced productivity, and increased absenteeism.

Prioritizing the creation of a sense of belonging for everyone, irrespective of their background, should be the central focus of DEI efforts in the #organizations.
