What motivates me to do DEI work?

The first quarter of 2024 I’ve spent mostly analyzing data and designing new processes in organizations that are dedicated to DEI.

And I like that consulting part of my work.

But when today (on a sunny Saturday!) I was invited to spend time with students of ESG post graduate studies at University of Economics and teach about DEI strategy and facilitate a workshop on microaggressions - I felt this well known feeling of belonging in the training room and doing what I enjoy doing a lot: giving food for thought, questioning and listening.

It’s exactly experiencing this feeling myself and being privileged in experiencing it, that motivates me to help other people and organizations to build more inclusive workplace where the deep feeling of belonging is a standard, for everyone.
