Is tolerance not enough?

Yesterday we celebrated International Day for Tolerance.

Do you also have a feeling that the word tolerance in the last decade got out of usage and is perceived more negatively?

The line between tolerance and acceptance started to blur and we often expect more than "just" tolerance, we want acceptance.

Today I'm sharing a post on the meaning of the tolerance and acceptance with some comic strips on how can we #communicate with someone we disagree with.

🔹 Tolerance: respecting feelings, habits, or beliefs that are different from your own

🔹 Acceptance: approving someone’s opinion and integrating it as our own

Are we really ready to accept others? Is it necessary for true #inclusion? Is tolerance not enough? Where do you stand?
