If you’re not sure what microlearning is…

It’s been a growing training approach in recent years based on an idea that
people learn better in bite-sized chunks, rather than trying to digest large amounts of information all at once during, for example, a dei training

Microlearning:

🔹 is minutes long

🔹 it's pieces of learning content delivered to your employees

🔹 has a form of short posts, short videos, podcasts, quizzes, games, and interactive modules

🔹is usually a part of spaced learning: distribution of training over longer time

🔹 usually self-paced

🔹 easily accessible

🔹 allows learners to focus on specific skills or topics without being overwhelmed by information
