DEI work is not a DIY work

Those two sound so alike and a dialogue on how great it is to have a hobby and upcycle things happened a couple of times already.

Many more people would know what the DIY stands for and not know what DEI stands for.

And how much easier would it be to explain what you do professionally if it was really DYI!

Regardless how hard you try, what strategies you employ, what tools you equip yourself with or how enjoyable the process may be, it will not lead to actual change if you attempt to Do It Yourself.
