The Pride Month comes to an end.

I love this perspective changing quote:

I don’t use the term „coming out”, I think it’s antiquated as I don’t think it’s actually the act. I think we should be inspiring people to understand that the act actually is “letting people in”, not “coming out”.

Because when you “come out to someone” you are giving people the power to accept it or not versus when you’re letting someone in, you are saying this is my choice, I’m empowered to let you in or to tell you that you don’t deserve to be in.
