🌈 re-defining what "family" and "parent" means to include not only biological parents but also "social parents"

🌈 protecting social parents regarding overtime

🌈 providing additional days off for care-taking for social parents

🌈 adding days off for social parents in situation of childbirth

🌈 introducing equivalent of "father's leave" for a social parent

🌈 equalising days off for couples who legalise their relationship abroad

🌈 using inclusive language in job postings

🌈 making it possible for transgender employees to choose their name in companies' systems

🌈 providing access to counseling and mental health support specifically tailored to the needs of LGBT+ employees
