inclusive leadership takes intentional practice

An exceptional training session on inclusive #leadership will prove ineffective if it fails to consider the necessity of planning and sustaining behavioral changes over a longer time period.

For #inclusive behaviours to become habitual, they first need to become a routine: a series of behaviors that are frequently and intentionally repeated.

That repetition needs to be integrated in a daily schedule just like any other habit you would want to introduce, e.g drinking more water.
