How to enhance the sense of belonging?

The primary reason people join and stay in a company or organization is not that they want to earn more money and possess a high level of status (although they enjoy both) but because they wish to belong.*

The EY Belonging Barometer study revealed that 40% of those they surveyed are feeling physically and emotionally isolated in the #workplace.

As much as 39% of respondents in the study feel the greatest sense of #belonging when their colleagues do something as simple as check in with them, both personally and professionally.*
