My summary of the first year of freelancing

Did 2023 mark the beginning of a new professional chapter for you too?

Today, one year ago, I started Punt Kick | Shaping DEI Competence.

Although I consider the first year of freelancing as a DEI hashtag#trainer and hashtag#consultant a significant success, I want to emphasize that it's not been all glamour and glitter ✨

I know many others, perhaps even some here, have undergone a similar journey. Success always has another side, and I want to share an unfiltered summary, presenting both the highs and lows I faced this year.

No-one escapes these experiences, emotions, and doubts, even if they don't share them on social media.

I hope it will help you to appreciate and value your own efforts and avoid comparing your 2023 achievements with others.
