Six drivers of burnout

Just a few days ago we observed the Burnout Awareness Day.

Dr. Christina Maslach in her #research, identified six common drivers of #burnout. Take a look at today’s carousel for details on how many of them are related to the condition of the DEI in a company.

Unattended burnout may lead to three responses: exhaustion, cynicism, inefficacy.

To create a safe environment where people are not at risk of burnout is the responsibility of an #organization.

But in my opinion, it’s our own responsibility to check with ourselves:

🔹 What do I do as a #manager, team leader, DEI professional to prevent my own burnout?

🔹Do I model the right behaviours for others?

🔹Am I regularly assessing and addressing the work-related stressors and challenges that may contribute to my burnout?
