DEI training is not shaming training

The DEI-related educational initiatives in organizations are key to the mind shift and it’s amazing to be part of this as a trainer.

The way I see it is that it equally matters what and how we train on DEI topics.

I strongly believe in the:

- gentleness of approach

- modeling over correcting

- empathy instead of demand

DEI trainings are not shaming trainings.

People don't learn when they feel singled out when sharing doubts.

What do you think are other key aspects of DEI training?
