What is inclusive leadership? How does it demonstrate?

For the purpose of yesterday's second Wrocław DEI Network meeting that touched this topic directly (more on that soon), I've gathered reflections from my workshops with leaders and managers, thoughts and research, and created this sheet on areas of inclusive leadership.

Self-awareness

DEI strategy
✔involvement in the development and implementation of the DEI strategy ✔securing the budget for DEI initatives
✔accountability for goals and progress
