Train the dei trainer - how to approach resistance

The autumn ๐Ÿ has started and I kicked it off with a very exciting training project.

Itโ€™s a ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐——๐—˜๐—œ ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—บ โ€“ dedicated to 18 DEI #championswho are becoming internal DEI #trainers. I prepare them for this role through a series of sessions, consultations and #feedback for the workshops they will run.

The idea of the client to set up such program was superb, as it ensures strategic sustainability of DEI trainings, the scalability and learning effectiveness.

Working with dedicated future DEI Trainers is very rewarding and they have inspired me to create this short #guide based on my experience as a DEI trainer on how to navigate through challenging situations in the training room.

Those 10 steps can be used not only by DEI trainers but also by anyone in any difficult conversation around DEI.

As someone interested in DEI, what challenges have you faced when discussing these topics and how did you navigate them?
