In DEI (and not only) we've moved from the golden rule 𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 to the platinum rule: 𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘛𝘏𝘌𝘠 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥.
